Originally from Illinois, J-R traveled to Florida aboard a boat with his wife and two children. Escaping the midwest cold and grey, they voyaged down the Mississippi, across the Gulf of Mexico, and through the Bahamas, to eventually make their new home in St Petersburg. The 2 year journey was the inspiration for J-R’s Debut Ep “Devil On My Back”.
