James Galione is a Lyricist/Songwriter/Composer from West Paterson, New Jersey, who found his home in Clearwater, Florida. His original compositions are Blues, Classic Rock, Country, Folk, Tribal, and Classical. His vocals have a sound somewhere between Joe Cocker, Tom Waits and Jim Morrison, but we've heard him light the room on fire anywhere from John Mellencamp to Jon Bon Jovi with the crowd on its feet for all of it. James is an artist you don't want to miss.

J.R. is a singer songwriter from sunny St Pete Florida.  Originally from Illinois, J.R. traveled to Florida aboard a boat with his wife and two children.  Escaping the midwest cold and grey, they voyaged down the Mississippi, across the Gulf of Mexico, and through the Bahamas, to eventually make their new home in St Petersburg.  The 2 year journey was the inspiration for J.R.’s Debut Ep “Devil On My Back”.

Four times a year, Quinns Live hosts an 'artist showcase' for emerging local talent. This - in some cases - is the artist's first chance to be a featured and paid performer. To qualify, these artists have shown growth and development in their craft over a long period of Open Mic events at Quinns and other local venues.

Each act has a 45 minute set time. A minimum of 3 performers at each showcase. Cover is FREE for this event. Come show your support for local LIVE music!
